Stacking the Shelves [2]

I am joining in on Stacking The Shelves, a weekly meme hosted over at Tynga's Reviews. It is an easy way to share what books you picked up that week, and to see what other people have picked up to read themselves.

How to Participate?

  • Create your own Stacking The Shelves post. You can use my official graphic or your own, but please link back to Tynga’s Reviews so more people can join the fun!
  • You can set your post any way you want, simple book list, covers, pictures, vlog, sky is the limit!
  • I am posting Stacking The Shelves on Saturdays, but feel free to post yours any day that fits you.
  • Visit Tynga’s Reviews on Saturday and add your link so others can visit you!
  • Visit other participants link to find out what they added to their shelves!

    1. I have heard great things about all of them, so I am very excited to get into them as well. I kept hearing such good things about Fire & Flood, so I couldn't stop myself from buying it for my kindle, though I do miss physical books lately. I'm really looking forward to getting into all of them, though. Thanks for stopping by!

  4. Thanks for visiting my blog! Great haul, I really want to read The Selection. I also picked up Fire & Flood this week. I read Scarlet last month and thought it was an okay read - hope you enjoy it!

I highly recommend White Hart by Sarah Dalton (if you haven't already read it). I read and reviewed an ARC copy and thought it was absolutely fantastic. A YA Fantasy novel, with plenty of action, suspense and drama.

    Happy Reading :)

    1. Thank you for stopping by as well! :] I'm really looking forward to getting into the Selection series as well. I have heard good things about Scarlet, so I suppose I'll see how I feel once I actually read it.

I saw the review of White Hart on your blog and was definitely interested in it. I ended up getting the e-book copy for free using the code provided. I'm looking forward to reading it :]

  7. I really do wish our library contain awesome YA books. I end up buying and buying! You have an awesome haul, by the way. I believe I have The Selection in my Kindle but I haven't gotten around to reading it. Enjoy your books!

    1. The library in my actual town is horrible! We are in a small town though, so the bigger city right next to our town lets us use the same library card at their libraries. The closest one is only fifteen minutes away from our house, so I decided to check it out a few weeks ago and was thrilled with the YA selection. I will be at a Barnes and Noble tomorrow though, so we will see what kind of damage I do!

  8. Your library book selection is epic! I don't read a lot of hard copy books, but I use the libraries in my area for audiobooks. The selection is really impressive.

I hope you enjoy all your new goodies!

    1. I haven't really thought about doing audiobooks, or even looking for them at the library, but maybe I should. I drive an hour each way to work, so it might help pass the time!

  9. Scarlet was very good, but it was just a tiny bit of a letdown after Cinder, which I thought was just fantastic. The good news is that Cress even better!
