I have fallen SO behind on writing book reviews lately, and I am determined to fix it as soon as I can. I have read a lot of my Netgalley books, but have yet to write the reviews for them, which is incredibly sad since I know that doing so will boost my Netgalley percentage. Because of this, I have decided to do a sort of Review-A-Thon in April.
So, what do I plan to do for the Review-A-Thon? Personally, I intend to post a book review each WEEKDAY of the month, which I know is a pretty hefty goal, but it is something that I really do want to accomplish. After counting, that means 22 days, which is 22 reviews. That sounds like a ton, but I know that I have that many to write, especially once I finish the books I intend to read in March and April.
What does this mean for you? Obviously I know that some people don't need to write this many reviews in a month. Maybe you do, though. Or maybe you just want to work on writing a few more reviews that you normally would, and doesn't April seem like the perfect time to do that? If you link up below, we can keep each other accountable and support/motivate one another throughout the month. No pressure, but I do intend to host a giveaway at the end of April for those who do link up and post at least a few reviews throughout the month of April!
So, what do you think? Join me?

Review - A - Thon
[source]
So, I don't know about anyone else, but lately I have been REALLY bad about writing reviews. I have tons and tons that I need to write, and I sit down to write them, but then I always find a way to procrastinate and distract myself (thus there being very few reviews on the blog the past few weeks). I have decided that this really needs to change.
I have decided to use the rest of October as sort of a Review-A-Thon, and try to get as many reviews written and posted as I can between now and October 31st. Even if I don't post them by then, as long as I can just get as many as possible written! That is about thirteen days, and I hope to get at least ten reviews written in that time.
So, why am I posting about this? I thought that some of you might be interested in joining along! We could keep each other focused, and motivate each other to get the reviews done. Sound like something you might need? Just leave a comment so we can talk about it and get to work writing!

Y and Z are difficult...#AtoZChallenge
So, we have reached the end of April, and I am relieved, if I am being honest. While I enjoyed the A-to-Z Challenge this month, I am also quite glad that it is over! Towards the end of the month I have definitely struggled (thus having the last two in the same post...again). Not only that, I have not been able to come up with anything other than this title...Y and Z are difficult to come up with topics for. Since I could not think of much, I thought I would just wrap it up by sharing what books I read in April, as this was an April challenge.

Whew! 23 books this month. I was a reading machine, spending pretty much all of my free time reading as much as humanly possible! It is easy to do when the books are so engaging that I just had to know what happened next! I doubt that I will have another month this good (though I do have summers off), but we will see how things go!
